Here I go making things harder than they are but I have a whole sh!t load of questions. I have mild tune to compare things to (only 75hp). The things that were changed from stock were (ready for the big list)
{B0720} Main Injection Pulse
Different from cell: 5,11 to cell: 19,19 inclusive.
{B0721} Main Injection Pulse (No Pilot)
Different from cell: 11,14 to cell: 19,19 inclusive.
{B0727} Throttle Base Injection Quantity
Different from cell: 8,7 to cell: 25,10 inclusive.
Why doesnt this parameter change the pulse width charts?
{B0728} Max Injected Fuel Quantity (Warm)
Different from cell: 17,0 to cell: 25,8 inclusive.
The value on this one was set below @104mm3 perstroke. {B0727} @166mm3 per stroke, why wouldn't it need to be set to match?
{B0733} Engine Protection Stage '1' Fuel Limit
Different from row 8 to row 12 inclusive.
Why would this need to be changed?
{B0910} Injection Timing (C)
Different from cell: 4,0 to cell: 25,22 inclusive.
I need serious help on the timing tables, does more timing equal more power, fuel economy,and lower egts to a point of not to much rattle, more rpm=more timing?

Well it does indirectly, from this table the ECM determines that at 'Y' throttle position and 'X' RPM it needs to inject say 50mm3 of fuel.
Then when it goes to the Main Pulse Table it determines the pulse width required to deliver 50mm3 of fuel based on rail pressure as well.

Table B0728 is more like a limiter for various barometric pressures, at higher altiltude they have the max fuel quantities lower than sea level.
Why was B0727 set to 165mm3, I don't know!.

Make it more driveable in limp mode.

Various searches on the internet will tell you that optimum time to inject is about 10deg BTDC. Maximum power occurs with peak cylinder pressure occurring about 5deg ATDC. Timing is just as important on a Diesel as a gas motor, you can hurt a Diesel if you get it wrong.
I'd suggest doing a google search on 'optimum diesel injection timing'.
