I order four 6.5 inch infinity speakers to replace the door speakers. They sounded really good at circuit city. The two fronts are infinity components (6010cs), the rears are infinity (6012I). Does anyone else have this setup if so how does it sound. My other question is After installing them I think I might want a rear sub setup. Does anyone have the MTX Thunderform sub. If so how does it sound. It looks like it fits the truck great. I just haven't heard any results about them. I know they sell it with or without the amp. The mtx part # is C25HC00. Thanks for the replies I am sure there are others interested also.

when it comes to audio i dont think about MTX they are not the best sounding speakers or subs. if you like MTX because of the low price check out massiveaudio.com they have great sound speaker and subs and powerful amps and they fairly cheap if you like them you can get them at dynamixcaraudio.com they also seel a lot of other brands of audio equipment for really cheap and they are for real not a scam i have bought stuff from there several times

I haven't heard the MTX box for the CC yet, but I thought the box with two 10" and class D amp for my old Ext Cab sounded really good.

Not a fan of MTX SQ, but Infinity components are great. I'd go with a JL sub.

I got the infinity's installed with all other components stock. They do sound better. However it is not the final sound I want. I will be adding an amp or two and rear subs. I should have known this would happen.
