I have a 95 6.5 turbo at work that i put new injectors, return lines and clamps in and it keeps blowin of the return lines on the same side of the engine. I pulled the line off goin to the tank and blew thru it and it was ok, and the line goin to that side of the engine is not plugged so i dont see why it keeps doin it. I even ran it without the return hooked up to go to the tank and it did it. Im gettin pretty frustrated with this one so if you guys have advice it would greatly appreciated.

One of the injectors has a blocked return causing the pressure to build up.

Or the retaining clip isn't holding the line on tight.

Curious? What do you mean by no guts in them?

I mean that they had no internals, like they had them apart to rebuild them and just screwed the housings back together and shipped um. Quality control mistake??no wonder it was blowin the hoses off, it was pushing all the cylinder pressure threw the return.

either that or someone bought them and stripped the parts out only to return them for a refund. seen similar stuff happen.

I'd say they where tampered with. Did they have green plastic caps?

That means they were brand new. At least when they were stocked, that is.

Yep, those where factory new Delphi injectors. Someone tampered with them.
