After the Suncoast Stage II install, I hear an odd noise when Starting my truck. Truck starts fine and there seems to be no problems at all. Starter sound is different than before and is a quick "swoosh" http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif sound and stops immediately when engine starts.


Could the Tripple disc converter put out such a sound ? Anyone else notice this type of sound ?

Mine starter sounds same as previous .... You should confirm the starter is mounted flush and not binding first ...


The converter "if" there is a problem would make noise after it was running ... Who did the install ??
