Hey Rich--- Ive used many paints and dyes in search of the right color because im really anal about getting it to match perfectly because I know if its slightly off it will BUG me!!! The stuff that ive found is easiest to work with and has a DARN GOOD color match (honestly, its like 99.8% match I'd say, the next closest dye I used was maybe a 96% match) is SEM Classic Coat Aerosol. Its also really flexible. I painted a console trim piece and twisted it, bent it, and the paint stuck just fine. Really durable stuff, but you have to make sure you prep it right for it to be durable.
Heres where I bought it: http://www.goferauto.com/newsemclcoae.html
I highly reccommend buying from that place. Great service, they shipped the same day and one hour after I ordered, they called me to confirm the order!
To find what color, pull off your driver side fuse panel cover and all the correct interior codes are there. Then just match the interior code to the correct SEM paint. They list it by color name and interior code, which is nice so you're sure your getting the right color. I also used "SEM soap" to clean the plastic and "SEM vinyl and plastic prep" prep the plastic. Then I applied 3 coats of the SEM spay paint and it worked great.

I'm not overly anel about the exact color (I'm color blind, so I can't tell anyways), so a very very very close color mached trim paint was found at my local autoparts (Pepboy's). The wife says it is very close and unnoticeable of any differance.
BTW I use about 10 coats of paint and it seems to flex with the panel.
