I just got a new trailer. Its a goose and should be at 14k lbs when loaded.
I am not comfortable with my 18's for this new setup. Therefore will be selling my virtually brand new stock wheels and tires (6k miles on all), and my 285 60 18 wheels and tires, (tires new 2k miles) wheels 1 yr old. To buy a new setup. (WILL LIST ALL as soon as I know what to buy)

What is gonna be the Mother Of All Tow/Daily Driver tires and wheels combos.
Naturally I would like to fill out my wheel wells as much as I can (I'm all flared out, see my garage), but not be ridiculous (noise, mileage loss), because I drive about atleast 120 highway miles daily, 4 days a week to work. If you could include the widths, offsets and load ratings that would be cool.

Based on all I have read on this site, I think most will lean toward the 265 16's, I'm not certain if on 7's or 8's, but would really like to get a good poll on this. I am not opposed to 285's either, and have not seen any mention of offsets anywhere. I like the American Racing Mojave style wheel.

I havent found a post here that 100% covers all of these topics, so I would love to find out all in one shot.

Thanks in advance

I'm afraid you are not going to get one "ultimate" answer, Rich (what's the ultimate beer, tube sock or vehicle?) There are too many choices and variables. However, for heavy towing, there's a very informative thread just a few spaces down:

didnt even see that thread, thought 19's were for show, lol. I hope some people chime in, in regard to those. In reading it, you are right, with all the choices you could go nuts. I am sure though only A Few are optimal, those are what I seek. For my commute that tire wander deal of the 19.5's might be a pain.
