Running it.

Im heading to the dunes in a few weeks and so far we have a few sand races lined up between an edge'd 05 lly on 40's, a 7.3 furd on 40's and my truck. The general concensus is that everyone will loose to my truck based on how rediculiously fast it is on the street. I will post a video of the sand races and maybe that will speak to how well the ppe stuff works......

The duramaximizer kit includes the fuel pressure safety bypass shim kit, which in itself is a risk as is the intentional raising of fuel pressure in an already high pressure system.

For what it's worth, When I have 30psi of boost and the dmaximizer turned up all of the way....Fuel pressure is the last thing i'm thinking about...:)

What does the Duramaximizer put to the wheels about 80 horse or so. It is rated a 150hp (right?) but that is at the fly wheel.
So I am wondering what it puts out to the rear wheels.

Supposedly its 150hp and 250ft/lbs (flywheel) although PPE told me that "some of the units were hotter than others" so they may or may not be rated properly. I need to throw it on the dyno, but I'm fairly sure its a lot more than 100rwhp in conjunction with the boost controller. As a standalone unit the duramaximizer puts in way more fuel that you would ever use without intake, exhaust and more boost.

I am going to put the truck on the dyno soon and I will scan and post the chart.
