On the trucks with the stock tranny gauge can a autometer gauge use the stock sender? J/W because the stock gauge has a poor scale fo the range this tranny runs in

what exactly do you not like about the stock gauge? I have the tranny temp gauge in my 5500 and I think it works just fine. more info may help people give you better advise ... especially since this gauge works very well for me :)

in all seriousness id like a gauge that has a range down to 140 so i can really watch the tranny and it warming up on cold days. Right now its always in the 160 area but in dif parts of it and who knows what those temps are.
