Got to do a little playing today in the truck for a change, WOW this is to cool is all I have to say. I put to much fuel on the bottom end and had a hard time picking up the throttle without getting whiplash! Playing and learning from it this is great!
Anyhow, I did try an extra fuel in the bottom end stacked with the edge made for real good acceleration. I am still running version 1.0 and think I fixed the turbo bark with it via EFI Live. In Table B2205 there is 2 cells that needed adjusted so that they are smooth and seems to have fixed the turbo bark when at W.o.T. Cell 125 @ 2000 RPM and cell 125 @ 2600 RPM are the ones that need addressed.

Can the fueling be adjusted at the higher rpm's say 2500+, without throwing p1093? I don't have Flashscan, just got some questions.

You can change ANYTHING. You can shut off 1093's altogether if you like. It still doesn't prevent the fuel rail from dropping due to the valve opening though. I would still shim it.

I don't mean to go too far off topic here but how much can we safely boost the Fuel pressure?

I see no reason to increase desired fuel pressure, we have a hard enough time trying to maintain 160Mpa at WOT as it is.

What about bumping up fuel pressure at lower RPMS and loads to increase part throttle power/response.
I bumped up my fuel pressure 20 kPa across the board last night on an otherwise stock tune, and can't say I felt anything SOTP.

Do you mean 20Mpa? Did you bump table B1001 by 20Mpa? If so, look at the affects on table B0720, you also shortened the injection pulse width, so how much additional fuel are you actually commanding? IMO, you will have better results by coordinating desired boost, injection timing and injection pulse width at the target RPM than trying to increase fuel pressure across the board.

Yeah, if that's the units in that table. I didn't have it open when I typed that. ;)
Thanks for your input on the subject. I figured as much, but I still wanted to try it out. We're all pioneering here, right?
I figured it might be kind of like a "pressure box" tuner if I did it that way (which is know is not the best way to do things, but I wanted to try anyway).
Thanks again, RaceHemi.

Till you blow the O rings and fill your engine sump full of diesel fuel ! If you have to tune there, don't.

Thats why ive never really cared for the "Duramaximizers"
I ran my FR-PSI up at idle and made it lope last night. Sounded like a big Dodge pulling truck loping!!! Made the truck surge off idle. I am having some trouble w/ 1093's going into 5th gear right now. I have been trying to fix it all weekend. I'll report back when I find the cause.

That's why I asked. Thanks for the info.
