Tables B0741 and B1102 control how the computer manages torque. To eliminate defueling I just changed the table B0741 By increasing all values to 160mm3 488 Nm and higher inclusive from 1000rpms to 4000rpms.
What are some of the changes others have made to cut back on defueling or eliminate it all together.
Did it work? I am waiting for the calculated TQ pid to watch the values in a chart. I want to see when the ECM goes to the chart and where in the chart it is requesting info before I changed anything.

DMA PID is in the works to display this Torque value.

You would need to get the new DMA Pid and then create a Map file so that when you log the data and replay it you can see the defuel if any.
I know that you need to pull fuel away for a clean shift as I have have found that of you get very agressive in the fueling you can hang a shift pretty bad.......:D
Have fun.

I started messing with the torque tables today and it makes for some interesting shifting. Has anyone experienced what happened when they messed with these tables. I would get a very pronounced jump in power right before the shift. If you held the throttle just right you could get a yo-yo effect going.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
If you rased the values in the table above 110mm3 then that would cause that jump in power because the ecm is trying to limit the fuel at the value you have changed it to. If the value is higher than what your fuel tables are then at that moment during defueling it would increase the fueling. Just a theory.
