For 10 years with our Ford, I've never been able to get both fuel tanks filled to the neck without alot of coaxing. What size fuel tank filler opening will our new truck have (auto or semi opening) and has anyone fueled enough times yet with a truck like we've ordered to determine how hard it is to get a full tank of fuel up to the filler neck.

Depends how much foam the pump delivers. I coax 1 extra gallon in after the nozzle stops. Any more and you run a risk of expansion overflowing unless you drive immediately and use some up.
