Here are the details of what ahs been upgraded.
5-70-90-110-135hp Tunes. These tunes have been touched up to provide more low end torque, better pedal feel, less noise, and to run even smoother. If you had a surge at over 70mph these new tunes should fix them. These new tunes "feel" a ton different than the current tunes. These are a ton stronger on the bottom end. The new 135 seems to be a little tougher on the trannies that have been beat on. On a truck with a good transmission in it we have not been able to limp it in 110hp mode at all.
What it does not address, 01 speed delimiter or tire size changes. We are still working on that.
We also do have a slightly different 215 tune. This is for driveability purposes, but a few have seen 5-10hp improvement. Others have seen exactly the same #'s. It is smoother and a little better to drive on the bottom end and I believe most of the surging is gone on the very bottom.
If you want your tuner upgraded it is free of course, except for shipping. Send the tuner to us with the following Rma# on the package along with your name, address, a phone #, and what shipping service you want us to use shipping your tuner back (ie ground, 2nd day, overnight) and how you want to pay for shipping. We can call you with a quote on shipping. We charge actual shipping charges so I do not just have a flat rate (I hate companies that make money off shipping!)
Use the following RMA #'s when shipping it in.
RMA# 110 For 110hp tuners
RMA# 135 for 135hp tuners
RMA# 165 for 165hp tuners
RMA# 215 for 215 tuners
Send to:

For those of you that want to upgrade use the RMA for the Tuner you currently have now. Enclose with your other information what you want to upgrade to and your current payment method.
For those that have a very close relationship with your dealer you may pay him for the upgrade and still send it to us, just make sure he contacts us.
Cost to upgrade:
110-135 = $145
135-165 = $159
165-215 = $746
In TX you have to add tax.
If you have any more questions or I was unclear about anything please let me know.
