Hey guys, I am looking to wire in my brake controler that I took off my old Dodge (it is a Prodigy unit)......I do not know where to look for the trailer tow connector, and don't even know if I have the tow wire package on the truck. Where is the GM connector??

you should be able to pick up a piggy back plug from pep boys or your local rv store. the plug is located under the dash to the left of the steering column. unscrew the cover and its the second plug on top from the left.

The wiring harness I got had a diagram of the inside of the fuse box and showed the connector to plug it into. If I remember right it will only fit that one connector.

Yes it only fits in the one connector I tried to plug it in several before I got the right one. The directions came with the harness. Prodigy works great in my truck with the 5ver in my sig..

I think the 02's have a diff fuse box than the 03, so is it under the dash or under the fuse box (in the engine compartment right)?

The "Trailor Special Equipment RPO is Z82. Check your RPO list in your glove box.

For the 02, the brake controller is wired to Connector C5, located in Relay Block-Body. This is found under driverside dash, ahead of left foot.
C4 is the top left connector.C5 is to the right of C4.
