Wondering if anyone has removed the pass. side manifold on one of these trucks? Looking at all options for installing the egt probe. Will probably follow the route most of you have, but would like a back up in case of a problem.

Thanks,
John

drill it and tap it yourself. just make shure it's clean when you install. 45min job.

start the truck and let it idle while drilling, go slow and you'll be fine

John, welcome aboard. In all honesty it will take you longer to remove the manifold than it will to drill and tap it through the fender. I did mine in about 30 minutes and it was my first time doing it as well. Take your time and make sure you have all the exact tools you need. I followed the instructions in the Edge manual for mine. Worked like a charm.
