Hopefully someone can help me out on this. I just installed SD's lift pump and when I go to start the truck it fires but just quits. It has been primed, both manually and with it's pump. I have tried 6/7 times and it just does the same thing. I can hear the pump making noise when I turn the key on so I know that is good. Can anyone give a direction to head? Thanks

When you primed it, were you getting a stream of fuel, or was it still spitting some air (gurgling)? May be more air in there than you think.;)

It was pouring out. I can go out and try again and let it go for a while, won't hurt anything. Didn't sound like it was gurgling, but then again I am hard of hearing.
