I believe our '02 LB7 with 110,000 miles on it is showing signs of failure of the fuel rail pressure sensor ... those signs being smoke on startup (specially when the temps are in the 20's) and a surge at idle ... the truck has its original injectors all of which registar plus or minus 2.00 on my Predator ... would appreciate info on an aftermarket source for this valve, and any info you'd care to share as to the time/expense required to have it replaced .. thanks

Jim I do believe you mean the FRPCV.Fuel Rail Pressure Control Valve located on the Bosch pump.

I have a Bosch one sitting on my desk.Part # 0 928 400 535.

Lemme know,as I mentioned earlier.I believe I paid $75 bucks for it
