had a build date of 12/19 said the dealer. got a call this morning at 830 and he said he was lookin at it right now. i almost **** myself. nice way for the dealer to surprise me. went up today to check it out before the PDI. took it for a drive. AMAZING. the only way to explain it. im picking it up tomorro afternoon ill give more feedback after i take her around some more. the order didnt get pulled until 11/18, thats amazing.little over a month.:grd:

Now i am getting irritated. Mine was built on 11/17 and has not shipped yet.

They do actually build a whole bunch in the various configurations they think will sell, not just what is ordered by specific customers.

They only build what the dealers order. That may be customer orders as well as dealer orders.

We're so excited we don't know whether to smile, spit or swallow. The dealer called today and gave us a build date for "The Silver Fox"; Jan 10. We were planning on a March delivery as a worst case scenario. Looks like "The Silver Fox" will be making her first trip to Bristol in late March after all.

Hmmmm..My dually had an order date of 11/18. Build week of 12/19..ship date 1/13..That is amazing! I'm still hoping for mid-January.
