Transfercase in neutral? Or possible NSBU (gear shift indicator located on the driver side of the Allison).

The NSBU is available at any Allison service department the dealer part ,same thing,is pricey.

Has it sat for a while? if so, do a search on Allison drain back valve.

Do a search on NSBU.

Sounds like a NSBU switch.

Part # 29540479 at your local dealer.
Retail is $175.11
Dealer cost is $87.61

You can also call your local allison dealer if you have one nearby. They are around $50 from them.

Is there any pictures/steps on this site that i am not aware of?

Thanks

They say it's covered under some warrantee. I don't know which.
If you do it yourself:
You can order the new tan NSBU from an Allison Dealer or dmaxalliTech from link below. It don’t get no easier than this:

Also, see installation info, (from this site), from links below. Anyone should be able to do it themselves.

And buy a spare. You may need it someday. I believe the Dealers get over $100.
