Anyone have any ideas why my intake heater isnt getting any juice? No power to heater. No power going to relay. No blown fuses. I have a wiring diagram via Mitchel On Demand program and it has me leaning towards ECM. Got late on me and I kinda gave up for now.
So far since i've owned this dodge, all my problems required no trouble shooting because everything seems to be a common or known problem. Not talking Shi^, just hoping for another easy fix. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks In advance.

check the battery cables on the drivers side the power comes off of them and they sometimes get corrosion on them. Do you have 12 volts at the relays?

oops, I posted that I had no power to relays in my first post. Sorry. I meant to say I have power there, Just not coming out f the relays on the heater side. Wherever the power comes from to energize the relays is dead.

I am not sure but I beleave they are controlled by the computer there is a temp sensor in the manifold that supposidly controls the cycle time it is behind the intake inlet.

Those solonoids(relays) are not that uncommon to fail. Changed several when I worked for DODGE.

You worked for DODGE??!!!...j/k, I worked at a Dodge dealership too. Anyway, doesnt matter anymore. Its someone elses problem now. I traded it for a 97 4x4. I'll see in the morning if the intake heater works on this one.

Worked for a dealer for 2 years until a bad car wreck. I primarily did CUMMINS repair and driveability that others couldn't repair. And was pretty sharp on the JEEPS as well. I was a computer junky that still new what a carbeurator and a timing light was(grew up working on race cars and such), really unusual to be find somebody under 40 that knows what those are let alone under 25(at the time anyways).
