I'll take a stab at 380-385HP at the crank... assuming tha auto tranny and driveline components use 22-24% power

If Trippin says his stocker did 235 and this LBZ is doing 310...

This is amazing. 310hp at the wheels from supposedly 360 at the crank and with only 1000miles on it!! Also, about 575lbs.-ft. of torque from 650 at the crank.

Wonder what an 06 LLY would dyno. Has anyone dynoed theirs on here??

Steve....
Was this on your dyno? Any interest in running the LLY before the exhaust and tuner go on?

What just a minute.....is this the same truck that dynoed 268 back a few months ago steve? What did you add.....

Rich

This was done at Westech on a Superflow. I didn't want to use my dyno for posting results as this keeps it completely independant.

Dpower

The truck was dyno'ed on a different dyno when it had 50 miles on the clock last month and it was 288 at the wheels. One needs to remember the first dyno was a Mustang and the second dyno was a Superflow. Both load dyno's but you can see the difference between them. I'm sure the engine has gotten better as more miles were put on it but it just shows what I've tried to tell everyone for years. The dyno is just a tool and you cannot compare results between different dyno's. You need to start and end your tests on the same one. We will finsih our upgrade development and then redyno at both places and see how the final dyno results compare.

Steve is that with one bad injector? :p:

The injector problem came up at 800 miles on the clock so it could have affected the first dyno runs on the Mustang, but who knows with these things. At the time of the first dyno and for the next 700 miles it was running smooth as silk so I think everything was fine.

Was there any correction factor? Those seem like outstanding numbers for a stock truck given the claimed HP/TQ figures.

Yeah, I'd like to see the baseline dyno for an 05 LLY to compare.

The chart looks to be SAE corrected for conditions.

If mine is run, it will be the '06 LLY, not the '05, but if I can make it to dyno day on the 21st, it will be a different machine from either of the two that Steve used.

Gotta love that torque power band !

is all this hp due to GM not defueling on the shifts and the turbo is allowed to build more boost faster showing more hp quicker?
