They look great! I really want a set, but haven't heard what kind of mileage people are getting out of them. I'll be curious to see what you get.

Ride is comparable to the BFG AT's I had on my last HD. Noise is minimal so far, time will tellhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif Can't wait to start throwing some mud. BTW Voodoo your truck rocks.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif

Drywall1,
Thanks for the kind words. I have to say it's a blast pulling up at a light and seeing people just point at it. Kinda makes it all worth the bucks I spent. Oh and what side bars do you have?

I have Summit Mud Dawgs, it is the same as an MTR, Goodyear owns Summit tires and my tread pattern is exactly the same as an MTR. A lot cheaper though. I have about 8,000 miles on them or so. They make a little more noise than I expected at first, the do get a little louder with time. Before these I had Mud Kings, which are very similar to BFG Mud Terrains, they were a lot quieter, but had vibration problems. My next set will probably be Dunlop Mud Rovers.

I ran the Goodyear 305/70/16 MTR on my '99 Dodge for 3 years. They do look awesome. They are killer in the snow and mud.
They will get a little louder as they get some miles on them. Make sure you rotate them every 5k miles to get the best life out of them.
I got about 35k miles on my first set but I got a little lazy on my second and when I sold the truck they were about gone at 25k.
I now have Firstone Destination MTRs on my Chevy and love them.

I have the same tires on my '03 2500HD extented cab. Before this truck they were on my '97 Yukon. Awesome in mud and snow however, not a good ride on dry payment - i am thinking about different tires and wheels for the summer. I put about 20k on them in the Yukon and have another 5-7k since putting them on the 2500HD - wear is not an issue - they should be good for another 20k.
