Need to get new ATF in the transmission since I've got about 36K on the truck now. I don't think I want to use Transynd yet because I'm not doing any towing but maybe in the next 1-2 yrs. I figure when I start towing a fifth wheel, I'll need to change out the transmission fluid after the first 500-1000 towing miles (like I would the differential oil) - is this correct thinking? I just dont want to switch to Transynd now ($$) and have to flush it out with only 10-20k on it. Also, where is the best place these days to get the deep pan/internal filter? I've tried to access Eric's site - without success.
