Repaced cpm sensor Filled high pressur res. to within a inch of full still no start. took line loose were fuel goes to fuel filter turned engine over no fuel . what kind of pressure shoud I have thanks

Probobly Your Lift Pump Is Bad It Is Located On Top Of The Engine. A Little Bit Of A Pain To Change Out. You Should Have At Least 4 Pounds At Idle If I Recall.it Is A Fairly Common Problem.

I know cus thats what I got... and would need to know more about your problem... is engine turning over? and the idea about the glow plugs is a good one the relays go out and the engine would turn over but not start. Also if it is turning over and you are not sure about the glow plugs try plugging it in for a couple hours and if you are not in a cold area that should be enough to get it started if it is the relay...
