i was wondering, should i be puttin the edge down to level 1 or back to stock when using the 4x4 in the snow around here? if i keep it in level 3 will that we doing anything?

No reason to lower it. Why would you think you should lower it in snow? The drivetrain is up to the task.

i just remember people talking about tie rod sleeves, maybe that is just for the dry and the laucnching and everything

I run in 1 most of the time when it is under 10 degrees, my edge makes lots of boost when its cold, over 28psi, I just would rather not boost that high. Turbo bark is also more evident when it is cold, this can be cured with the right parts however.
