Did you pull all the fuses you were suppose to? Sometimes that makes a difference. Is the key in the "on position" (2nd. position - past accessory position)? Will the live diagnostics portion work to confirm the unit is communicating with your truck?

May want to call you vendor for some help.

I don't mean to sing praises of somethign I don't even have yet, but this IS an advantage to all the add on boxes. Like the Edge products.
No worries about problems during downloads.

When I used a HPP on my Camaro I was always afraid of screwing up the PCM. Coincidentally the HPP is terrible for those cars and sense sold that and got a mail order tune for $80. That works GREAT. To bad these trucks weren't as easy.

Varies from truck to truck..I do not have to pull fuses on my 05. ON some the program wont load properly, error codes??? not enough voltage.

I pulled the 4 fuses the instruction manuel said to, and it was a breeze.

I pulled fuses the FIRST time. Since then I've completely unloaded it an reloaded it a few times without pulling fuses, and no problems here.
