i am thinking about trying to move the stock fuel filter some where else for an easier access to changing the filter. any one ever try this?

It's on a 2003 C4500 its buryed behind hoses and wires how do you change it ? dbloyd 02-24-2004, 09:24 AM i removed the whole filter and head and carried to the work bench, did the filter change and put it all back. it is very messy getting the fuel lines primed back up. this is why i want to just move the whole thing somewhere else like down underneath the truck where i think GM should have put it. dmaxalliTech 02-24-2004, 11:44 AM whats so hard about where it is now?
