<DIV>I'm going to install my pyro tomorrow and have opted to remove the manifold to do the drilling and taping. I need to find out the torque specs for the reinstallation of the exhaust manifold and was hoping someone here would know what it is.</DIV>

<DIV>Thanx in advance</DIV>

I understand your concern about metal shavings and such. I was worried too. But after doing the job it was so simple that I dont know why I ever worried.
Drill and tap the way the info says while its running. You wont have any problems.
PS If you break the tap, dont pound it into the manifold and then start the engine. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif
