I belive that with our front end a spindel lift seems too me to be the best way too go,for ride quality and front end dependabilty.Who out there makes a good 4 inch spindle lift for the 2006 silverado 4x4 D/A?I just purchased the cognito pittman/Idler arm support for now, just to keep things tight up front until i am ready too do my lift the right way,any help out there?

I would go w/ Rancho, It is a real strong kit. Here is a pic of my last truck.

don't buy the fabtech's!!! i took them off my truck because they were doing what fabtech called "tire bark". everytime i hit a dip or a speedbump the tires would sqweel like a pig. after having the lift spindles i don't think that is the right way to lift the chevy.

I've installed more than 10 rancho 4" kits on 2500HD's, Long and short beds,no problems with any. My truck has over 35K on lift pulling gooseneck trailer.
It'll fit 35's but only with 8-9" wheels, 10" wheels needs 6" kit
Whichever kit you choose be sure it has 1 piece subframe
