I def. would. I run FPPF Total Power. Its a very good additive. I add it in every fill up. I'm mixing it a little richer now that winter's here. You can buy it from some of our vendor's sites. :)

Pitch Black, I just use the Power Service. A lot of people don't like it. If I could find something better without ordering it I guess I would, but PS is the only one I find readily available in this area. I also live in eastern TN, upper east TN. What city are you in?

This is where I got mine. Check the "supporting Vendors" section for other people who support this site also.

I never had to run any addtives even at last years temps at 3 degrees on the waterfront where I work and where yer located I wouldnt even worry about it.Fuel companys switch to a winter blend to prevent gelling of the fuel.

In this area, the stations don't use winter blend fuel. I called and asked a local Exxon station just after I bought my truck. Pitch Black- I buy the Power Service at Tractor Supply Co. or Wally World. I have found that TSC has the best price here. Use the white bottle in the winter which is called Diesel Fuel Supplement with Cetane Boost, and the silver bottle in the summer which is called Diesel Kleen. About $10 to treat 300 gallons. Good luck w/whatever you choose. I am in Church Hill if you know where that is, so HELLO NEIGHBOR!:)
