I have heard that Dodge will be most likely to go with the Mercedes diesel in the next couple of years and end the contract with Cummins.
Who will get the contract with Cummins. I think Ford will jump on it and if I could afford an F-350 King Ranch Dually CC with the Cummins, I will jump on it.:p:

funny thing is GM has interset in Isuzu, Ford has interest in Cummins, but uses International. they were using IH before got into Cummins. DC(Chrysler) owned by Mercedes along with DetroitDiesel, VMI(Italian copy of cummins used by Mercruiser, built all over europe). the only truck line not paying out for engine is GM except for Bosch injection.

FORD has ZERO interest in Cummins.
IIRC at one point they held a 10% share
