Ive been looking for a 01-04 dmax/a 4x4 for a while now and i found one. Its an 01 extended cab with 112000 miles i called the dealer today and they said its in great shape. He said that it had towed for some of its life cause i has a tow package and fifth wheel hitch. It is still completely stock and unmolested...unless i get ahold of it.

They want $17995 for it, do you guys think this is a good deal or not?

Thanks
James

I think it is an ok deal but with the 01's you have injector issues and head gasket issues. Do some searching and reading on here about the 01's before you buy... Look for an 02 and I think you will find a better all around truck and might only cose you a little more.. Good luck

What about this one, its the same price but i would have to drive 645 miles?

I agree about buying an 02. 01's have seen a few issues, and 02's seemed to get their act together, except for injectors. Price seems good, but I'd rather go a few bucks more for an 02.
