I'm looking at programmers for my 04 crewcab 4wd with the LB7 engine. I had a HYPERTECH in my 03 and was satisfied with it. Never a problem. I ran in the high HP mode, towed in the low.

I don't need the most horsepower and reliability is important.

Is there a better programmer than the HYPERTECH in its price range?

I believe the Quadzilla is somewhat higher priced than the Hypertech.

The Quadzilla is more expensive. What about Superchips? Anyone have any experience with it. It offers the additional feature of diagnostics.

I know the HYPERTECH isn't married to the vechicle but what about Superchips and the Diablo? I'm finding the three of these at the $300 range on eBay.

I'd definitely go w/ the Quadzilla over any other tuner -- it's not even close... Just email Van at dieselperformance@charter.net (dieselperformance@charter.net) to get it for the best price.

I think the Superchips is the same as the Hypertech. I have a Predator, but if I got to do it all over again, I would get Quad Stealth. Kennedy has the 110 for $395.

I have the bullydog powe pup and I am happy with it. You can get it off ebay for $300-$350. Plus if you ever want more power you can upgrade to the 150hp level later.

I've had the hypertech and the superchip. I much prefer the superchip not only b/c of the diagnostic & speed limiter bypass, but the truck felt like it had more power and ran smoother.

I saw an add in the vendors section for re-program juice.. Don't know the first thing about them.. so don't hold me responsible.. I have the regular juice 90hp with-out monitor and have seen them @$499-$550 I know thats more than S/C or H/T but after all the post and flip of the coin, I choose it over Superchip.. Good luck in your decisionhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Geek.gif
