I've never installed fuel injectors before and I'm not a mechanic, could somebody please give me install directions to accomplish this? Any tricks also would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

Scott,
Welcome to the place. Check out the sticky threads and update your signature so we know what you're working with.

That said, given your self-description, plan to remove the pass. side fender liner (and perhaps turbo) to get thru an injector change. Use hi-temp anti-sieze on the new injectors. You'll need to remove the clips that hold the injector lines to the manifold to get enough slack to move them out of the way when R&Ring the injectors. Relax, its not that big of a deal - I'm an idiot and ddi it recently with no problems. Found that my 30 mm deep impact was too beefy to get #4 out due to interference with the right side exhaust manifold. A quick trip to AZ for an axle nut socket ($15) that had a cut shoulder fixed that. Good luck and welcome

Thanks - Do I need to do anything other than install them and fire it up? Do I need to pirme them or will the pump just force the fuel into the injecotr on its own?

Some recommend doing one side, firing up and then do the other side. I did all 8 and it started. It wasn't happy about it, and took a good bit of cranking, but it finally caught. If I had the option I would have done one side at a time.

Do you need new copper O-rings or can you use the same ones?

Get an install kit (~$20ish). It will come with new coppers, end caps and return lines. The replacement return lines will not need to be clamped on, that alone makes the kit worth it....
