: How about a big THANK YOU to Rick Lance...
TxChristopher 11-30-2005, 08:23 PM Just thought maybe it would be good for Rick Lance to know that we all appreciate all the hard work and effort that he has given towards trying to solve the LLY problems. :ro)
The guy goes above and beyond and puts his resources, vehicles, and money to try and help everyone else. Its not often you find people that put others ahead of themselves, its almost always the other way around, but Rick cares about everyone and wants them to be happy dmax owners and is putting his max into making that happen for all of you.
:cool2:
THANKS RICK!

TxChristopher 11-30-2005, 11:24 PM You go Rick! Bring those trucks for testing!
.
ockgator 11-30-2005, 11:36 PM I don't even have a diesel but I use the cooling mods for my ally. Works. Thanx all.
I peruse the other forums and I've seen that GM isn't alone with the OH problem. Just appying common sense, could the problem be simply there's too much power(heat) and not enough frontal area(cooling)? The LB7's don't have much OH issues and how many class 8 rigs have OH issues?
Is it really that simple? Probably not, that's why we have the forum guru's to thrash it out.
I am thinking about getting a LBZ, maybe by next summer
Mackin 12-01-2005, 05:56 AM Man I really hate to do it to a couple of you guys .If it is that hard for you to keep your negativity to your self and not pollute every chance you get I can put you into therapy by way of a sabatical even with your eyes shut so you cannot even read this forum for days weeks or perhaps MONTHS!
Take your hatred else where.
Slide 12-01-2005, 07:53 AM I have to agree. Thanks Rick and everyone else who put their time and money into solving these problems.
Jerry01 12-01-2005, 10:10 AM Way to go Rick!! I really appreciate all you do and post. I kinda wish you worked for GM. Maybe then our trucks wouldn't have these problems, or at least we could get them fixed under warranty. Thanks again, Jerry
RickDLance 12-01-2005, 11:59 AM Guys, it took a lot of people to get us where we are! Some can't and won't speak up, and some may speak up a little too much, TX!:):):) Let's just hope some combination of "everybody's" mods will WIN over the overheating at the Fingers show this weekend!! Then we can all go on to a search for MORE POWER!!:ro)
And let's not forget where we're posting right now!! Thanks DP!
TxChristopher 12-01-2005, 12:08 PM I guess others that you obviously underestimated really intended creative krafty handiwork always had a hand available! :ro)
