1989 ctd injection pump leaks at start up runs starts good but want to fix leak any ideas what it may be.

Where is the leak? Around the shaft, one of the lines, or ??

good question,connot see where it is leaking did not think it would be lines as it quits after a few min.:help:

those pumps can be leakers if it is not leaking at a line the only way to fix it will be to pull it and have a pump shop rebuild it

hopefully it is just a bad sealing washer on a inlet or outlet line
