Stopped at Wally's and while roaming around waiting for wifee I noticed they had 1 jug (5qts) subj oil on shelf at $25.67. Clerk said some guy bought 2 cases and there waiting for more. That was the stores opening price which later dropped $20 and some change, now its back up. :cool:

price seems high. my local walmart carries it for 20.12 a 5qt jug-everyday!

I'm buying the Rotella 5/40 synthetic for $14 per gallon. It's a good synthetic and always on the shelf at Wallyworld.

I have seen it for 19 even at walmart in my area. I have heard that the rotella is not a full synthetic? That is what a known diesel mechanic in my area says. I have tried that and it seems to me that my truck is alot quiter with the mobil. (and yall know how loud a 7.3l is!):lol:

I just bought two 5 quart jugs of M1 T&S on Tuesday for $20.17 each at my local Wal-Mart.

about $20.00 here in Orange County too. I run it in my wiffes suburban too. No use stocking more than 1 oil!

We get it here for about $20-$22 for the 5 gallon jug. I use it for everything but the winter, than I change over to Amsoil 5w-30 HDD.
