I have a 86' k2500 sierra classic, when i try to start it, it turns over fine a few times but quickly acts like the batteries are dead. both batteries are new and i just cleaned the connections and replaced the ground wires. I have tested both batteries, they tested good...... is it my starter?

try running another ground wire to the engine, or better right to the starter itself.
