I have an 02 DMax with an extended warranty that has a P0540 code that won't go away and I'm going to take it to the dealer for service. I'm also having a lighting issue that I want them to look at. The question is, should I take my Edge with Attitude off the truck before I take it to the dealer? If so, what about the exhaust temp wires?
The dealer that I take it to sells the edge products out the door on most their new trucks but I don't want to give them any reason to void the warranty. What have others done?

remove E/A if ask about thermocouple tell them going to put in pyro/boost gages. lots written about before, don't want to give reason to jerk you around.
