I've had it at the dealer 3 times and they still haven't got the noise to go away. they replaced the fan blower motor, realize wasn't the problem. then they reenforced the vents which open and close for climate control with extra foam so they say. I think they have made it worse. I want to know if anyone else has had similar problem and what they did to fix it. I am going to try a differ dealer I think???

it whistles more when climate control is on hot setting.

I wonder if it could be a baffle that doesn't open or close all the way and when air passes by that baffle it disturbs the air flow and makes a whistle sound. Kind of like when a window is open slightly at high speeds and the air tries to pass through a smaller opening
