has anyone tried the fabtech front end upgrade kit? it comes with idler and pitman arms tie rods and sway bar end links. maybe steering satbilizer also. i have a 4" rancho lift with 33x12.50 R18 tires. in 14,000 miles i have broken the sway bar end links 3 times and broken a tie rod.

I have the Fbatech kit on my HD2500 with a Fabtech 6in. lift..Seems to work great although I did lose a little turning radius due to the massive size differance between the stock pitman arm and drag link and the new parts..But I have been rough on it and havent broken any more tie rods.:):)

I have it as well, very beefy and a nice setup. Although my stabilizer started to leak after 1 week.

I just installed the kit on my 2002HD C/C 4X4. Everything but the steering stabalizer will work on your kit. Your lift already has the stabilizer, so you will save a couple of bucks by ordering it without.

Can you put this on a non-lifted truck and how much is it?

Yes & about $300, DPS carries them on here, look in the vendor section.
