...while driving to work today. It does seem a bit sluggish. I called Onstar and she said her display was telling her my "idle was not functioning properly and that other engine systems were compensating for it" She did not have any other specific information. Since the weather has been cold, the high idle kicks in every morning when I first start it up. I am taking it to dealer tomorrow. Only 800 miles, hope it justs needs an adjustment.
Major bummer.....http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Shocked.gif
Even though one know's that problems are possible with a new vehicle, it's still tough to take.
Let us know what you find out....http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif
Hopefully it's something simple.

That does kinda take the fun out of it. Hope it's just a simple adjustment. Then you can resume your fun.
I had a scare this week end when mine had a chime that I had never heard before, turned out it was my turn signal was on too long getting off the highway.

Just returned from the dealer and the diagnosis was P0181, "Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit". I am told that this component affects the overall driving and efficiency of the engine. They replaced it and it is driving smoother. I hope my 14.3 mpg is also affected in a positive mannerhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Approve.gif. I have also noticed that the temp readout on the rearview mirror is WAY off. Presently, it is reading 58*, when the ambient temp is closer to 35*. The service manager believes that this is also related to the faulty temp sensor. Does that sound right? In any case, if it does not reflect closer to reality shortly, he said they would replace the entire unit. Are the temp readouts accurate?

I thought I read something in the manual about the temp and compass may need recalibration or something. I could be wrong though. I'm glad to see your back in the seat again.
