Without getting too into it, how is the injector balance rate test performed. My nephew thinks he has a problem with his injectors and the dealer told him there's no way of checking for a bad injector without yanking them out. Edited by: Topgas

Thanks Eric. I've read your posts before, so I know your thoughts on this, but I still can't understand why they wouldn't want to do their job. I service the heck out of my customers, I just couldn't face them giving them a line of balony. We'll use tack and get'em to step up to the plate.

same as dmaxallitech you can plug in the tech 2 and look at the rates. this helps in the diag of falty injectors.

Off the top of my head I think its within -6 to +6 in drive and -4 to +4 in neutral.
