Just had the intermediate shaft replaced for the second time yesterday, the truck only has 11k on it. The clunk is right where the GMC logo is on the steering wheel. What the hey is going on, could it be something other than the I.S.:confused: :confused:

I had mine replaced at 14, no problems yet at 15.7.

Had mine replaced again 1K miles ago. 30K total miles.

I think I might need mine replaced. When I have the radio off I hear a real slight clunk noise in the steering wheel.
