Both of my mirrors quit extending. When you hit the button you can hear the motor but the mirrors don't go anywhere. I first thought they were frozen but that wasn't it.

Does anyone know if there is a TSB on this or what the cause may be. This will take two trips to the dealer. One to figure out why they don't work and another to repair them.

You can clean and lube the tracks they slide on that usually fixes it.Look into the housing behind the mirror glass.there are 2 white objects If you clean and lube those it should take care of it.Have a friend try to extend the mirrors why you pull on the housing helping them to extend.Clean with compressed air if available and use a product called dry lube it is a silicon based product which drys completly(so not to attract debris)that should fix it.

Dealer replaced one of mine when it quit extending- it's a common problem.
