I found a pair of used Bilsteins for really cheaphttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif, I was woundering if these are the shocks that everyone is talking about that make such an improvement? I have a 2002 2500HD cc sb and cranked 2" keyways up front, I was curious if these would be the best shock for my truck? The part #'s are as followed:
Front p/n 6081-HO Rear p/n 6501-H1
Thanks for any and all help.

Thanks for the reply. From what I have gathered the fronts are the same on 2500HD and 3500HD models but the rear have a diffrent part # because they are valved diffrent to accomodate the bigger springs. I guess the ones I found are for a 3500HD.
Have you cranked on your torsion bars, if so what did you do to make up for the shock travel?
Thanks

I cranked 7 turns each side to level the truck. I haven't noticed any travel problems as far as the shocks go.

Someone with a 3500 might as well pick these up cheap.
