i can get this truck real cheap from a freind of mine,

its a 94 K3500 reg cab the 6.5turbo has about 200 000miles and is pretty tired, i can get a good 1992 6.2 engine cheap, besides the accelerator pedal, is there alot to change??

It's a bunch of work, (to kinda go backwards), but reliablity goes up with mechanical injection..... How much time you want to sink into this baby? You'll have to go backwards for cruise control. Tranny shifting might be fun too.

Just put the crank gear, timing cover and heads off the newer engine on the 6.2L block.
