I have been having problems with the wipers on my truck early in the morning when the truck is cold and I use the intermittent wipers they come down the windshield and pause, go, pause, go again till they get to the bottom of the windshield. Has anyone expierienced this problem at all?
Didn't know if there was a TSB on it or not.

Next time it does that, open the hood and listen to the windshield wiper motor (should be right in front of the driver side wiper). Does it sound like it's running the whole time or does it hesitate while running? I just fixed a short in the motor on the one for my Tahoe. Same symptoms as what you're having.
