Do all of the FIPK's (K&N, AFE, etc.) sound about the same or is there something about the AFE stage II that makes it really bring out the turbo whine, like maybe the aluminum tubing. I was rolling allong next to a new 6.0 PSD in traffic and that thing sounded like a semi.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif He had something going on under the hood. Sure didn't sound anything like my neighbors 6.0 PSD.

The 6.0Ls really whine with a 4" exhaust because of the VVT. Can't wait to hear a LLY with exhaust since they use VVT as well.

I have to say that a 6.0 does sound sweet with a full system on them. sounds to me like a jet!!!!!

The new 6.0s do sound good with a 4" system. Listen to this clip of it driving off, the turbo does sound good, but so does the engine itself.
