Considering looking at some h2 wehhls/tires on a new D-max, 4x4, C/C. Can these be bolted right on or are mods such as a lift necessary?

Check that link there is a post on there from "shaydog24" about what mods he did to get the H2's to fit with 315's on them.

You either need to do alot of cutting, or really crank up the torsen bars. I guess you could also mix and match the two to you personal preference. I went all cutting and NO lifting.

Do a search for H2's and you'll find all the info you need.

I cranked the bars, cut the plastic under the bumper and zip tied the inner wheel well liners.

The tires will rub once in a great while, but not bad enough for me to take them off.

Almost forgot...if you crank the bars, get the front realined.Edited by: WanaDmxsub

I can drop the torsion bars all the way down for pulling & drag racing. In fact when in season they stay all the way down on and off-road with no problems. (curently running 33-12.50-17.5 Pro-Comp MT's)

315's take alot of triming and torsion bar cranking. (the ride will suffer, but don't get me wrong, Looks great!)

The back-spacing of the H2 wheels is what makes it work (that back-spacing is hard to find even in after market wheels)

Stock Center Cap's will work but require tab triming also.Edited by: JRmac
