Hey guys I am currently running a .040 jet in my home made nitrous setup. NOS tech guy said it should be a 75HP increase. I want to increase the jet size but I am worried about the head gasket. Should I be? Any one know ruffly the limit? By the way mod's are as follows

partially ground AFC foot

4" Mandrell bent straght piped split into duels with 5" tips
starwheel bottomed
pump tweaked
Timed @1.5*
332hp with out the nitrous and a wastgate problem now fixed.

Until all the black smoke is gone. 75hp, wrong it is not a gas motor, diesel are different. with a .040 jet you are around 40-45hp if that. I ran a 36 and a 65jets on a two stage system it made about 90hp. Right now I'm running 68 and 75 jets. I think its making close to 100-135hp, But in gas motors thats like 400hp.

Thanks for the reply. I was starting to think that nobody sprays the CTD. How hard do you think it is on a head gasket? Also when do you spray it? What RPM, boost levels? How is it activated? Right know I have mine setup to come on at WOT and it seems to work well, should I change that when I start using bigger jets? Sorry for all the questions I am a newbe to nitrous on a diesel I really appreciate the help.
